About F&B Team Member role
You will need to have experience of working in a restaurant or room service within a hotel or restaurant background and ideally have knowledge of Food Safety and Allergens Awareness. You will be passionate about food; have a welcoming personality; have great communication skills; be a team player.
The successful F&B Team Member will undertake the following duties:
Taking orders and assisting guests
Know F&B menu and be able to make recommendations
Know all F&B related promotions
Responsible for food service
Provide a high level of customer service
Manage payment transactions
Assist in the receipt of deliveries
Quality-check our stock
Maintain all the Health & Safety requirements within the department related to food, cleanliness, etc.
F&B Team Member skills and requirements
Good customer care skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment
Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the hotel
Constantly improve knowledge and show a desire to learn, attend company's trainings
Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping
Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English Language is strongly preferred
Prior experience with Hospitality and food and beverage service shall be highly preferred
