We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic
F&B Team Member
to join our team at Ramada Plaza in Wrexham.Part time hours available - between 7am - 11pm (start and finish times are flexible), week days and weekends. Working pattern can be discussed at interview.
Reporting to the F&B Manager your main duties & responsibilities will be:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously. Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages as required. Help set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and bar. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction. Ensuring uniform is clean and well presented. Delivering a professional attitude at all times. Working in line with all hotel procedures.

The ideal candidate should have:

Full training will be given.
