Making a Positive Impact, Together.Doing things differently.FE MIS & Administration OfficerGrade G332,397 - 337,280 p.a. pro rataFixed Term (12 months)/ Full TimeAbout the RoleJoin the Further Education Team at Nottingham Trent University's Brackenhurst campus, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience and ensuring excellence in service and compliance within the School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences (ARES).MIS & Data Management: Oversee the management information systems and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making processes.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Further Education team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to a seamless student experience.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to drive improvements and support the academic and operational goals of the School.Proposed interview date; w/c 9th JuneFor more details, please take a look at the role profile.
