We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fast Track Fee Earner - MOJ to join our dynamic legal team dealing with non-infant claims. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal injury claims and possess a strong understanding of the process. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legal standards while providing exceptional service to clients.
Fast Track Fee Earner's Duties
Manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely progression through the MOJ process.
Conduct thorough assessments of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support cases.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any queries or concerns.
Liaise with third parties, including insurers and medical professionals, to facilitate the smooth handling of cases.
Prepare and submit relevant legal documents and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and case management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department.
Experience required for Fast Track Fee Earner
Previous experience in handling fast track personal injury claims is essential.
A solid understanding of the MOJ process and relevant legislation is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
