Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a reputable law firm in Manchester. This role will involve handling a caseload of RTA and EL/PL matters from instruction to settlement, with the support of a collaborative and approachable team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims Handle cases through the MOJ Portal and litigated files where necessary Liaise with clients, insurers, counsel, and third parties effectively Ensure cases are progressed efficiently, providing excellent client care Achieve and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner (RTA & EL/PL) Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal and litigation processes Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive and client-focused approach
