A fantastic opportunity to join our well established Personal Injury and Credit Hire litigation solicitor based in Ellesmere port next to Cheshire Oaks.

The firm specialises in Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents and Credit Hire. We are looking to hire an experienced Litigator, solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is able to hit the ground running with a strong Credit Hire and Personal Injury background. The firm specialises in credit hire recovery for several large credit hire companies in England. The firm has been involved in several high profile credit hire cases and due to expansion is looking to recruit new fee earners and assistants.

Ideal Candidate:

Able to manage 150-200 cases of a mix of personal injury and Credit hire claims, pre and post litigated.

Ability to hit billing and litigation targets.

Excellent client care.

Well organised.

About you:

You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care.

Previous RTA/Credit Hire experience is essential (minimum of 2 years).

Experience in running cases from inception to conclusion.

Experience in the MOJ portal, fast track and intermediate track litigation.

Working knowledge of the CPR.

Knowledge and understanding of personal injury.

The ability to learn quickly and adapt so you can work at pace and meet deadlines.

Strong IT skills including Microsoft office and ideally proclaim experience.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
