Fee-Earning Litigation Paralegal

to join our growing team.

The Role:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload under supervision, while providing support to senior fee earners. This is a fee-earning position, offering exposure to a wide range of contentious matters and the opportunity to develop your litigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution. Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries. Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and the courts. Attending hearings and client meetings where required. Supporting partners and solicitors on complex cases. Meeting billing and time-recording targets.

About You:

Previous experience as a paralegal within litigation (commercial, civil, or dispute resolution) is essential. Strong academic background (LPC, SQE, or equivalent is advantageous). Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines. A client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness. Enthusiastic about developing your litigation career within a supportive team.
