We are looking to recruit a Fees Administrator to provide a high-quality service to the schools in the Rugby School Group. The individual will be part of the Group Finance Team responsible for preparing bills for our parents, administering the fees ledger, managing debtors and other finance related tasks.
The successful candidate must have experience in credit control, debt collection and billing and working in a commercial environment. They should be an excellent and tactful communicator with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. Excel and database management skills will be important and strong personal ethics and values will be key.
This role is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week across 52 weeks. We offer a highly competitive salary with benefits including:
