Who You'll Be Supporting
Meet a vibrant 58-year-old woman with a big personality and a love for life! After a brain injury from a car accident 20 years ago, she faces some daily challenges--but with the right support, she is thriving.
She's looking for someone calm, patient, and full of positive energy to help her navigate the day. You'll be her right-hand person for:
Personal care
Housekeeping
Medication administration
Supporting her with eating, drinking, and shopping
If you're someone who can stay cool under pressure and bring a smile to someone's day, you might be the perfect fit!
What Matters Most
In the past 6 months, the lady we support has rediscovered her love for getting out and about! Whether it's dining at local restaurants, shopping trips, or joining community groups, she's all about socialising and making connections.
At home, she enjoys:
Playing games on her iPad
Chatting with family and friends
Colouring in
Watching Netflix
She's looking for someone who'll support her independence while sharing in the fun.
? Training & Support
You'll receive full training in:
? Moving & Handling
? Medication Administration
You'll be working alongside another team member on each shift, so you're never alone in making a difference.
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
