About the Role:
We are looking for
calisthenics or strength training trainer
to deliver1-1 or 1-2 private sessions
, once per week to start. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, motivating, and confident working closely with clients to help them build strength, mobility, and overall fitness.This is a great opportunity for a trainer who enjoys personalised coaching and wants to work with clients in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised calisthenics or strength training sessions (1-1 or 1-2 clients). Create tailored workout plans based on client goals and fitness levels. Provide guidance on form, technique, and progression. Ensure safety and provide modifications when needed. Maintain a friendly, encouraging, and motivating atmosphere.
Requirements:
Experience coaching calisthenics, functional fitness, or strength training. Relevant fitness qualification (preferred but not essential if experience is strong). Confident working with clients in 1-1 or small-group settings. Strong communication and motivational skills. Professional, reliable, and friendly.
