We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity Implementing and updating personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Assisting with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery Supporting clients with light domestic tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning

Skills

Driving licence is desirable for supporting home care visits and transportation needs Experience or familiarity with working in a care home or home care environment is advantageous Ability to understand and follow care plans accurately Good IT skills for maintaining records and communicating via digital platforms Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Compassionate attitude with strong interpersonal skills Organised and reliable, capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism
