We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in home care settings ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills in English and the ability to follow care plans meticulously, contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

Duties
Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient status.
Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with organisational policies.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to IT systems used for patient management.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to drive initiatives independently.
Familiarity with care plans and experience in home care or care home settings is highly desirable.
Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software systems.
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and patience at all times.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in executing tasks efficiently.
