We're seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a
Female Community Support Worker
, providing essential care and support to individuals across various locations, including
Sale, Warrington, and Leigh.
As a
Community Support Worker,
you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, interact with new people, and make a tangible difference in a range of settings, from supported living environments to complex community care.
This is a contracted position
with a set rota, and while you'll have a core schedule, you'll receive comprehensive training to enable you to support multiple care packages as needed, offering flexibility and variety in your role
What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred care across different services
Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
Keeping accurate notes and maintaining safe, consistent support
You'll Need To Be:
A confident driver with your own car (essential for this role)
Flexible and reliable - comfortable travelling between services
Calm under pressure and good at picking things up quickly
Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
