We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Yardely (B26) area.


We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You'll be providing care and support to one of our young clients whose specific needs include:

Suctioning support Nebulisers Gastrostomy feed Ventilated

Shifts include

Term time hours covering 8am to 4pm with alternate weekends Half term hours covering 8am to 1pm with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references You must have the Right to Work in the UK
