women's programme
at our i2i International Soccer Academy, based at
Leeds Beckett University - Headingley Campus
. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Europe's largest privately owned football academies, working with ambitious international student-athletes.
About the i2i International Soccer Academy
The i2i International Soccer Academy allows student-athletes to pursue a university degree while training in a professional football environment. Our women's programme offers international players the chance to study at Leeds Beckett University while training five days a week under elite-level coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality football coaching sessions to female student-athletes.
Provide ongoing pastoral and development support for players.
Maintain professional standards on and off the pitch.
Work collaboratively with other coaches, academic staff, and support teams.
Support players in achieving both academic and athletic goals.
Essential Requirements
UEFA C Licence (or working towards).
First Aid and Safeguarding certificates (in date).
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
UEFA B Licence.
Relevant degree in sports or coaching-related discipline.
Experience in women's football and/or international student-athletes.
Previous experience working within a professional academy setup.

Salary and Hours
Salary: 19,000 - 23,500 per year, depending on experience, and qualifications.
Positions available: Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent roles.
Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with some evening and weekend work required.
