Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to young people with eating disorders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. However, it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.

The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
