Job Summary:
Rebound Care and Support seeking experienced and flexible
female live-in rehabilitation spinal injury support workers
to join our team. You will be supporting a young female university student with spinal injury, living in
Liverpool
(Crown Place)
during university term time and in
Cheshire
during weekends and university breaks.
This is a
live-in role
providing
1:1 personalised care and support
, focusing on rehabilitation, daily structure, emotional well-being, and promoting independence.
The role will focus on providing personalised support to enhance our clients independence, supporting with rehab therapies, daily structure, well- being and community engagement. Our client has got a WAV and you will need to drive the client to appointments, university, activities - therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
Hours:
Live in - Sunday to Sunday, 1 week on / 1 week off

Pay:
Sunday - Sunday - 2,136.00 per week.
Responsibilities
Following personalised support plans and risk assessments,
Drive the client using her WAV to appointments, university, and other activities
Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals,
Provide guidance and support to the client, ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach,
Assist with daily routines, including personal care and well-being,
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation,
Promote the client's independence and quality of life through empowerment and consistent support,
Provide rehabilitation-focused support tailored to the client's needs,
Respectful of client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Experience
We are looking for supportive, patient and committed team members to provide the care throughout the day. The ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with SI clients, active, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude. If you are compassionate, experienced, and ready to support a young woman on her journey to independence and success, we would love to hear from you.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
