The service user has a complex physical disability and relies on a wheelchair for mobility, allowing him to navigate daily life with ease. He has real enthusiasm and enjoys getting out and about each day, making the most of his daily routines with the right support.
As a key member, you will:
Promote independence and help build confidence in daily life
Establish a steady routine to maintain stability and reliability.
Accompany to essential medical appointments.
Support enjoyable days out - whether it's a scenic drive, a walk by the coast, a visit to the zoo, or a show - including trips to garden centres, coffee shops, shopping centres, and other destinations.

Schedule One (18 hrs/week)
Wednesdays and Fridays - From 9:00 AM To 15:00 PM (Weekly)
Sundays - From 14:00 PM To 20:00 PM (Weekly)
Schedule Two (18 hrs/week)
Wednesdays and Fridays - From 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM (Weekly)
Sundays - From 12:00 PM to 20:00 PM (Twice Monthly)

What You'll Be Doing:
Safely transport the service user in a specially adapted automatic vehicle.
Provide personal care, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
Support with basic household tasks and running errands.
Plan and accompany the service user on daily outings based on his preferences, ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
What We're Looking For:
A calm, professional attitude, with strong organisational skills.
A clean UK driving licence and a genuine passion for driving.
Physically fit and capable of sustaining active daily routines.
Good general medical health and physical well-being.
A confident driver on motorways, ensuring safe and smooth journeys.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (provided by the employer).
Reliability, dedication, and strong decision-making skills.

Working Environment:
Support will be provided in a clean, safe home setting where the service user resides with his mother, ensuring a stable and consistent routine with help from his primary carer at different times.
