Dynamix dance & Gymnastics Academy is a friendly and dynamic studio based in Gateshead, offering a variety of dance, fitness, and wellness classes for all ages and levels. We are passionate about creating a supportive community where everyone can move, grow, and feel their best.

About the Role:


We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pre and Post Natal Pilates instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting women through pregnancy and recovery, providing safe, effective, and empowering Pilates sessions that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities:


?Deliver engaging and safe pre and post-natal Pilates classes.

? Adapt exercises to meet individual needs and stages of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

? Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and encouragement.

? Maintain a supportive, professional, and welcoming class environment.

? Work collaboratively with the Dynamix team to promote wellbeing programs.?

Requirements:



?Recognised qualification in Pilates Instruction.

?Additional certification in Pre and Post Natal Pilates or Women's Health Fitness.

?Experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients.

?Excellent communication and motivational skills.
