Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver 1-to-1 and group personal training sessions for pre and post-natal clients remotely Design and implement tailored fitness programs that support clients' unique needs and goals Motivate, encourage, and support clients throughout their fitness journey Maintain a high standard of professionalism, punctuality, and client care Manage your own schedule and client relationships with reliability and integrity Stay up-to-date with the latest in pre and post-natal fitness best practices Represent MotivatePT's values and commitment to excellence in every session
Requirements

Pre and Post Natal certification (or strong interest in this specialty) Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer Excellent communication and customer service skills Full Public Liability Insurance Reliable, well-organized, and self-motivated Basic tech set-up for online training (laptop/tablet, stable internet) Available for peak training times (early mornings, evenings, some weekends) Additional fitness specialisms are a plus
