We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Female Security Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires keen observation skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations, ensuring the safety and security of all individuals on site.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary until professional help arrives. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required during incidents or investigations. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for reporting purposes. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism attempts and implementing appropriate measures. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

Proven experience in a security role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is beneficial. Certification in first aid. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. A valid driver's licence may be required depending on the specific duties associated with the role.
