We are currently recruiting for Support workers in the Batley area.

MUST HAVE A VAILD DRIVING LIECENCE AND YOUR OWN VEHICLE.

Shifts patterns are: Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 5pm.

Experience in care is desirable, we will provide full training provided.

Online enhanced DBS is preferred but we can apply for you.

You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks or duties depending on Service users' needs such as personal care, cleaning, preparing meals, administering medication etc

Support accessing the community such as shopping, appointments, day trips, to the park, cinema etc

Determine whether a Service User needs to consult with other specialists as part of their care plan

Attend ongoing training courses to continually advance knowledge

Act in a professional manner at all times

Comply with the rules and regulations set by both the company and the industry to provide safe social care services

Other tasks as required to give patients the highest quality care possible.

Personal Specification:

Prior professional care experience would be preferred

A caring, compassionate nature

NVQ level 2 in health and social care or an equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential as opportunities to undertake and NVQ are provided

Strong communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a busy workload under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
