The Role

We are currently recruiting

compassionate, reliable and dedicated Female Support Workers/Care Assistants

to join our growing team. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently, safely and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support Support with daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff Adhere to all safety, health and confidentiality guidelines
No previous care experience is required as

full training is provided

, however experience is preferred.

What We're Looking For

?

Full UK Driving Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

? Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature ? Strong communication skills (written & verbal) ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Flexible approach to working hours ? Willingness to undertake a DBS check and required training

Pay & Benefits

12.21 - 14.00 per hour from April 2025

(based on experience, qualifications & working pattern)

Paid travel time at hourly rate + mileage at 0.30 per mile
