Female Support Worker

Location: Painswick, Gloucester.

Shift pattern:

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Pay rate:

14.65per hour.

What will the Support Worker role look like for you?

Your day will revolve around ensuring the well-being and independence of a woman with Ataxia, Dystonia and seizures who loves horse-riding. Your duties will include preparing tailored meals, administering medications, and accompanying her to horse-riding activities. The needs of this woman can vary dependent on her health needs that day, she may require minimal assistance one day and the next you may be required to assist with personal care and bespoke manual handling.


You will play a vital role in seizure preparedness, auditing and ordering medications, and fostering an open and trusting communication between you both.

What we are looking for in the Support Worker:

Due to the needs of this position, you will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle and business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
