Registered in January 2019 Ambition Community Healthcare was founded by three experienced care professionals. Having worked first-hand in the complex care sector for a combined 40 years plus, they have sought to create a care provider that put clients and their needs first.

Now an established provider Ambition Community Healthcare works 24/7 with both adults and children. Our Support Workers are meticulously trained to ensure the utmost safety for our service users working with their wider network including family, peers and medical professionals to provide the highest quality service.

Our Service Users all have complex healthcare needs and therefore this candidate will be happy to undertake extensive in-house and online training. This person will be able to complete moving and handling tasks with ease and have a 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude.

The Job Role:

We have clients residing within the Norwich area who require support at home.

Shift times:

Shift times vary from placement to placement and cover a 24 hour period.

We have Days, Waking Nights both short and longer shifts available.

Location

NR1, NR2, NR3, NR7, NR8, NR12 and NR18

Responsibilities:

Personal care Clinical Intervention management Social interaction Completion of daily recording paperwork Reporting safeguarding concerns Excellent communication with the Nurse Lead and Care coordinator

Qualifications

Proven Complex care experience desirable Ability to manage medication administration Valid driver's license for transportation needs desirable
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
