Female Youth Development Support Worker
to join our growing team and help transform the lives of two young individuals (aged 6-18) unable to live with their families due to trauma, neglect, or other challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support in a therapeutic, homely setting
Helping young people develop confidence, life skills, and independence
Managing challenging behaviours with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Engaging in creative and therapeutic activities, including sessions led by our in-house Therapy & Well-Being Manager
Working collaboratively with a team that values compassion, innovation, and consistency
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months experience
in a similar role (professional or personal)
An understanding of trauma and its impact on children and young people
Calm, resilience and a positive approach to managing challenging behaviour
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Desirable:
Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete this mandatory course with full support)
Essential:
Full UK driving licence & access to a car (no public transport access)
60 per sleep-in shift
