We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Metal Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and the ability to install various types of metal fencing, balustrading, handrails and frames. You will be responsible for, ensuring high-quality workmanship and the role requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Install various types of metal fencing. Also occasional balustrading, handrails and frames.
Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment.
Dig post holes manually.
Use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
Weld or fabricate components as necessary.
Ensure all installations are plumb and level.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Follow all safety protocols while working on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in metal fence installation is a must. Experience in fitting balustrading, handrails and frames etc is advantageous.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to weld or fabricate components.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical fitness is essential; candidates must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
A valid driver's licence is required to be able to drive Company van to site.
Must have valid CSCS Card.
