Pay: 14-18 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview

Due to continued growth, 1st Class Fencing is looking to recruit an experienced Fencing Foreman to join our expanding team. We carry out all types of fencing work and are seeking a motivated individual to lead our site teams and help maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise fencing crews on site Organise daily workloads, materials, and equipment Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintain good health & safety practices on site Liaise with clients and management when required Support and train team members Keep projects running on schedule Report to company partners on progress, issues, and site performance
About You

Proven experience in fencing (all types considered) Previous supervisory or lead experience is an advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organised, and professional attitude Good awareness of health & safety Full driving licence preferred No certificates required, but any tickets or training are beneficial
