NUGS is looking for a

Festival Catering Manager

to lead our team at festivals and events across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you'll be cooking, managing people, and helping with setup and pack down to keep everything running smoothly on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the NUGS team during festivals and events Cook and assist during busy service periods Oversee setup and pack down of the stall, equipment, and stock Maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and cleanliness Liaise with event organisers and handle day-to-day logistics Problem-solve and stay calm in fast-paced environments
What We're Looking For

Experience leading a team Strong cooking experience (street food or events preferred) Festival, event, or pop-up catering experience is a bonus Organised, reliable, and happy to work long days Positive attitude and hands-on approach
Driving, Travel & Camping

Must be able to

drive in the UK

with a valid licence

Own vehicle preferred

Willing to travel to festivals across the UK Comfortable camping on-site at certain events Must have suitable camping equipment

Pay: 14.50 per hour
