FF&E Designer | Central London | 40,000 - 50,000

You will be joining a design led interior and FF&E studio based in Central London with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high quality environments across hospitality, residential, workspace, co living, and Build to Rent sectors. The studio offers a fully integrated service, combining interior design, FF&E, bespoke joinery, and procurement, working collaboratively from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver FF&E design concepts aligned with the overall project vision Manage end to end FF&E packages with limited supervision Produce and maintain detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets Coordinate supplier communication, sampling, pricing, and cost control Prepare client presentations and attend client meetings when required Produce accurate technical drawings, elevations, and layouts Ensure FF&E elements are fully integrated with architectural and interior design packages Liaise with logistics teams to support timely delivery and installation Carry out site visits, oversee styling, and ensure design intent is realised on site

Skills and Technical Experience

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Working knowledge of FF&E specification software such as Programa Experience with bespoke furniture design and detailing Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and supplier capabilities
