The Salary & Terms applicable for this role

  • Basic Salary: \xc2\xa326,000
  • Monthly Bonus Available (OTE \xc2\xa332,000)
  • Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
  • Holidays: 31 days (including bank holidays), increasing with yearly service up to max of 33 days.

Summary of the role The Role of a Field Welfare Officer is to visit our client\xe2\x80\x99s customers at their premises, both commercial and residential, to re-engage them with our client or carry out any other activity our clients may require on site. You will also be visiting premises to discuss customers ability to create a solution, obtain occupier details, confirm meter readings and provide invaluable information back to our clients including the discovery of vulnerabilities which will need to be treated with the upmost respect and discretion. Your overarching key responsibilities
  • Re-engaging customers who have lost contact with our clients.
  • Assisting customers to resolve individual difficulties.
  • Information gathering, identification of support mechanisms.
Where you will fit in the Company This role will sit within our Revenue Protection department. What we are ideally looking for in you
  • Experience in a role where you have had to deal with face to face customers /client interaction from a variety of backgrounds. It would be ideal if you have experience of identifying vulnerabilities.
  • Strong customer service skills - You will be interacting with a number of different people, from varying backgrounds and situations. We need someone who can speak with customers and our clients in the right way to make sure we gather valuable information to support all parties.
  • A full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Happy to travel \xe2\x80\x93 We aim to provide you with work in your local area, however we may need you to travel to support different workstreams.
