Conexus Recovery & Field Services, a leading provider of specialist field services in the Utility and Financial Sector, we are seeking a motivated individuals to join our expanding team as Full-Time Field Agent, with a primary focus on Gas Meter Reading and Customer Reconnection Visits within the Craigavon and Belfast area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate and efficient gas meter readings at residential and commercial properties. Visit customers with outstanding balances, discuss payment options, and reconnect them with Conexus support or our clients' call centre for repayment arrangements. Carry out site visits to confirm property occupancy or gather updated customer information for our clients. serve legal documents to customers on behalf of our clients when necessary.

Candidate Profile:

Professional and self-motivated individual. Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with people face to face. Experience in regulated environments, such as debt management, enforcement, or arrears officer roles, is beneficial. Ability to use initiative, work independently, and problem-solve. Reliable, organized, and quick to pick up new tasks. Full drivers' license
