Field Based Agronomist - Somerset - Basic Salary Circa 55,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits Package
The Job:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced or early-career Agronomist to join a forward-thinking agricultural organisation committed to sustainable and innovative crop production. This field-based role will involve providing technical agronomic advice to growers, supporting crop health and protection, and optimising yield performance across the region. You'll also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and working closely with the wider technical and commercial teams.

The Candidate:
- BASIS and FACTS qualified (or working towards)
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field
- Experience advising on arable and/or horticultural crops
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Passionate about supporting sustainable agriculture
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
- Basic Salary to circa 55,000 (DOE)
