Job Summary

The Field Care Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coaching and supporting a team of care/support workers to deliver person-centred, safe and high-quality domiciliary care. The role combines operational leadership (rotas, recruitment, absence and timesheet authorisation), quality assurance (spot-checks, observed practice, audits), staff development (induction, training and supervision) and escalation of clinical, safeguarding or service issues to management. Escalate issues and audit actions to the Registered Manager. Triage and oversee alerts/incident follow-up in the team, ensuring timely action and reporting.
