Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to develop & grow with a company that cares about you!

As a highly valued member of our Home Care Team in Bristol you'll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award winning services.

You'll need...

Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions An understanding of person-centred care & support provision Excellent communication &strong teamwork skills Experience in a supervising & coordinating staff IT literacy Patience, compassion & a positive attitude A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work The ability to prioritise & multitask
A driving licence & access to a vehicle
