What You'll Be Doing

Supervising and supporting a fantastic team of Caregivers across South Manchester Covering early morning and evening calls when needed to support the team Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and care plan reviews Creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and assessments Carrying out new client assessments and introductions Building positive relationships with carers, clients, and families Working closely with the Registered Manager to maintain quality and compliance

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in home care (essential)

Availability for

early mornings and evenings

A confident communicator who can build trust and motivate others Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it) A driver with access to a vehicle Compassionate, reliable, and eager to grow in your career

What We Offer

14.00 - 20.75 per hour

(including travel pay & mileage allowance)
