Field Care Supervisor - Home Care

13.60 per hour (weekdays) / 15.60 per hour (weekends)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Field Care Supervisor

to join our friendly team. You will help oversee and support our domiciliary care services across Cheltenham and the North Cotswolds, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

This role combines

client visits, office work, and on-call duties

, and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

Support and supervise care staff, acting as a role model for best practice. Conduct spot checks and supervise new starters on shadow shifts. Write and review care plans, ensuring they reflect client needs. Take part in the

on-call rota (1 weekend in every 4)

. Support the Care Coordinator with audits, compliance, and scheduling. Use care management IT systems (training provided).

About You

We're looking for someone who is caring, organised, and confident in leading others.

Essential:

Experience in domiciliary or community care.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Local to Cheltenham / North Cotswolds or within reasonable commuting distance.

Fluent English (written and spoken). Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines. Flexible approach to working hours.

Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.

Working Pattern
