Summary

As a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Mid Sussex, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This position is essential for ensuring that our CareGivers are supported and equipped to provide compassionate care, contributing to the overall well-being of those we serve.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support CareGivers in delivering exceptional home care services. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided. Provide training to CareGivers to enhance their skills and confidence. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring open communication. Collaborate with management to address any concerns or improvements needed in service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience within the home care or residential care sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff. Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care Regular shift pattern which will include weekend working A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
