We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic

Field Care Supervisor

to start as soon as possible.


You will deliver high-quality care and support services, carrying out a range of functions across individual services and care workers within your designated area. While the majority of your time will be spent working in the community--assessing and supporting clients--you will also have responsibilities including:


Assessment and review of individual care services Supervision, instruction, and support of care workers Administrative tasks related to services and care workers

About You:

You are a great communicator--highly motivated, organized, and equipped with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards and driving efficiency.

Ideally, you will also:


Be a driver with access to a car, bike, scooter, or electric bike Have minimum 1 years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker
