Field Care Supervisor

to join our friendly and dedicated Coventry Community Team. Working from our offices on Kenilworth High Street, you'll play a vital role supporting both our Clients and our Caregivers. You'll also regularly visit our Head Office in Hatton Rock, near Stratford-upon-Avon.

What You'll Do

As a

Field Care Supervisor

, you will:

Lead, motivate and support your team of Caregivers, ensuring they feel valued and capable Champion best practice and help your team continuously grow in confidence and skill Carry out care assessments and ensure every client receives personalised, high-quality, person-centred care Build strong relationships with local health and social care partners, representing Unique Senior Care with professionalism and pride Ensure regulatory and contractual standards are not only metbut exceeded
