FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR

Part Time - 25 hours per week

Car driver required

AS Care are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Support/Field Care Supervisors to join our team that covers the following locations Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford areas on a part time basis - 25 hours per week.

Our Field Support Supervisors are responsible for managing and assisting the care workers in the community.

Build and maintain great relationships with our service users To provide a service and deliver care from time to time when emergencies, or short-term requirements present such a need. This may be in the absence of any other member of staff. Support our Coordinators to keep in touch with service users and their families. Undertaking spot checks, supervisions and Service Reviews. Take out of hours duties - additional allowance paid for this. Update client care plans, audit care notes and MAR sheets alerting care workers to any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate service user & care worker records on Electronic System Pass.
What we require:

-Full driving licence

- Experience in Health Care sector particularly domiciliary care

-Prior experience in a health and social care environment

Arranging, planning and conducting the supervisions & spot checks

The ability to prioritise your workload

A 'can do' attitude/Flexible
