To lead on care quality, compliance and Care Professional support across the service, ensuring every client receives safe, personalised and high quality care in line with CQC standards.
This is a key leadership role within the service and plays a vital part in maintaining quality, developing Care Professionals and supporting inspection readiness.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing care quality in the community, supporting Care Professionals in their development and acting as a key link between the office and the care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing care consultations, service reviews and quality visits
Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are accurate, compliant and outcome focused
Carrying out observational assessments and competency checks
Monitoring training compliance and supporting Care Professional development
Coaching, mentoring and supporting Care Professionals in their roles
Supporting audits, safeguarding and inspection readiness
Matching clients and Care Professionals and carrying out introductions
Building strong relationships with clients, families and professionals
Maintaining accurate records on care management systems
Supporting the wider office team with quality improvement activity
Participating in on call duties when required
About You
Experience in a supervisory, senior carer or field based role within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and quality standards
Confident communicator and natural leader
Organised, calm and solutions focused
Driver with access to own vehicle preferred
