Pay:
14.90 per hour
45p per mile for drivers
Travel time paid at 12.21

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Care Coordinator to efficiently organise and manage care rotas, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Conduct initial assessments for new service users to design personalised care packages, followed by regular evaluations to ensure ongoing quality.
Facilitate introductions between new carers and clients, providing comprehensive training on the practical aspects of care delivery.
Deliver direct care visits as needed, dedicating at least 50% of your working hours to hands-on support for clients.
Provide after-hours "on-call" support in rotation with senior staff, ensuring continuous care availability.
Conduct quality assurance visits as assigned by the Registered Manager, contributing to the maintenance of high care standards.
Perform NVQ assessments for carers once appropriately qualified, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
Conducting monthly quality audits on Care logs
Essential criteria:

Your own car.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
