Sure Care Morecambe are expanding and looking to recruit an experienced Field Care Supervisor. Do you want to develop and grow with a company that cares about you?

Responsibilities

Ensuring the service users are receiving person-centred care. Carrying out spot checks and staff supervisions with care assistants. Flexibility to provide support as a senior member of care staff to cover visits when needed. Support with on call duties in accordance with the branch team rota. Provide guidance and shadowing to the care team and new recruits. Work closely with the Registered Manager to effectively plan the care service.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector or similar field is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management is an advantage. Hold a level 2 Health and Social care qualification and be willing to work towards a level 3 or hold a level 3 certificate.

Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year
