Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain personalised care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates

Communicate effectively with service users, families, and stakeholders

Use digital systems for accurate documentation and GDPR-compliant record-keeping

Lead and support care workers to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Supervise and mentor new staff, including conducting occasional spot checks

Provide cover for short-notice absences and report feedback to the Branch Manager

Work towards agreed KPIs and contribute to service improvement

Experience

Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor or in a senior care role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a caring attitude

Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative team player with a desire to grow and develop
