Domiciliary Care Supervisor

to join our amazing team

working in the

Washington and Sunderland

areas.

Pay:

13.77 an hour PLUS fuel allowance

Hours per week:

We have flexible working hours for staff to work between 16 and 40 hours per week.

Working times:

We have excellent working hours to suit EVERYONE which are:

Varied shifts between 7am - 11pm Please note, we can offer other shift patterns to suit people's personal needs. On-call time 6am - 11pm

Our ideal candidate:

At least one year experience in a supervisor role in care Proactive person who can use your own decision making skills. Willingness to learn and develop your skills Can do attitude and strong work ethic Able to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference Honesty and integrity Kind, caring and compassionate Hardworking/ motivated Resilient Team player Reliable You have access to your own car You have the right to work in the UK (We do not offer any form of sponsorship)

Key responsibilities:

Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation, medication ,and light housework Accompanying to appointments or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit. On-call duties: handle the emergency on call phone for a full week, on rotation with other supervisors, giving advice, covering shifts, completing monitoring and compliance of care assistants.
