This position requires both routine weekly visits and flexible availability for high-frequency or urgent collection needs.
Key Responsibilities: Site Visits
Visit each building managed by the landlord

Mail Collection & Processing
Collect all physical mail addressed to the property owner and companies that rent virtual addresses in the buildings.
Scan
each piece of collected mail ( using a mobile app or portable scanner).
Organize scanned files with proper labels and upload/share with the landlords.
Mail Delivery
Physically
deliver all collected mail
to the
landlord's main office
in a defined time.
Ensure secure handling of all correspondence.
Reporting & Communication
Maintain a log of visits, mail collected, scans completed, and deliveries made.
Communicate promptly with the landlord or their administrative team in case of unexpected mail, large packages, or urgent deliveries.
