Field Customer Service Installer (zero Hours Contract)

Job Description

Rewarding part-time field work providing face-to-face customer service for older and vulnerable people using our OKEachDay service.

We're looking for a friendly, social, confident, reliable, flexible and organised person who can visit older and vulnerable people in their own homes to install touchscreens (i.e. plugging in a touchscreen), explain our simple OKEachDay service and to provide aftercare customer services nationally. There is no selling involved but candidates must be able to build rapport, enjoy engaging with our customer base and be able to speak positively about our service.

You MUST have

: Valid driving licence, transport and be willing to travel and stay away nationally

Full training provided. DBS check will be required. Interests in voluntary, community and social projects would be beneficial.
Working approximately one day a week in your local area. The day you choose to work is flexible and you may vary from week to week on agreement.

This would ideally suit a person that would like to supplement other part-time hours or self-employed hours, someone who is available and flexible to do ad-hoc hours. Other similar ad-hoc work would be available out of area if interested.

This is a Zero Hours Contract.
