Job Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Installation and Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at various client locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the field service industry and gain valuable hands-on experience, with huge potential to grow within the business.

Duties:



- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions.

- Maintain detailed records of service activities and report findings to the supervisor.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:



- Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physically fit and healthy as these systems are anything up to 12 tonnes in weight to be built on site. This is a physically demanding role.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites.

- Valid Passport and willingness to undertake training in Europe.
