Job Purpose



Our field team are the core of our business, ensuring all of our network and customers are installed with the Lightspeed services in a timely manner. you will manage a team of engineers, both PAYE and Business Partners, performing customer installations via Openreach Infrastructure. Our Field Installation Supervisors are there to ensure engineers conduct their duties with Health and Safety at the forefront of everything we do and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire provisioning process

Effective daily management of the Installation Engineers to ensure the provision of service's are to expected standards in a pro-active and professional manner. Lead and motivate the team through regular communication and engagement. Pro-actively assess team performance against agreed SLA's and KPI's and drive performance improvements. Coach and develop engineers through regular and documented site visits and audits. Ensure the Customer Installation Teams are provided with everything they need to perform their duties I.e. tooling, stock, PPE etc. Continual service improvement by regular assessment of Installation methods and Processes

Knowledge, Skills & Experience



Experience



Strong Field Installation Supervisor experience running large customer focused installation teams. Ability to work on own initiative. Comfortable dealing with engineers who are both in house and business partners. Knowledge of working on PIA network and strong telecoms and fibre experience. NRSWA (New road and street works Act 1991) accredited ensuring compliance is met by the teams. Strong understanding of health and safety and ensuring everyone gets "Home safe" Able to communicate clearly at all levels Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. A desire to be part of an organization that will be a an example of how to do things the right way Must have experience working in a fast paced environment and change is inevitable as the business grows, willingness to express and shape those changes would be a distinct advantage
